Last weekend (8 & 9 December 2007), there was a BMX jumpbox best trick competition at Sunway Piramid organized by Animal (a bike related clothing brand from UK)
The event turned to be good because of the nice weather and the environment. Riders and spectators seem to enjoy every second of the event.
I can see our riders improvement at this competition especially on Shafiq (the boy from Kedah) who can co backflip and tailwhip, Amy… now he know what he can do with his huge air. Amy did a 360 double x-up and many x-up and turndown combos. Other than that, I can see a great improvement on Kecik Ipoh, a crazy boy with huge air, nice tabletop one handed, tailwhip and he even tried to do a decade air that was almost land.
Botaxxx manage to dialed his 360 tailwhip but he didn’t manage to land his double tailwhip (just a bit more!). Those Sunsetrails boys didn’t sit down and just see what happened, Bam Bam did a no footed x-up, huge 360 one handed and double can can. He crushed badly when he tried to do the superman backflip, but bam Bam is a robot!! He looks like he didn’t hurt at all. Haha!! U rock BamBam!!! Curly-B wasn’t feeling really well on the competition day… (u drink too much last night, blame Home.. hehe).
The result was Botaxxx won, Bambam (sunsetrails) got second and Amy manage to get the third place. Congrats to them.
